On April 19, 2023 a dead body was found in the Mountain Island Lake on Mountain Point Lane Charlotte, NC.
A 911 call was made regarding a person that drowned in the lake around 8 p.m. on Wednesday evening.Officials responded to the scene. A dive team was able to recover an individual in the lake, the victim was pronounced deceased on scene.
No foul play is suspected.
