16-year-old Kamryn Ligon found out that cyber stalking can land you in jail. Kamryn was in fact arrested for cyber stalking.
Social media gets everybody in trouble, even adults.
In October 2018 Kamryn used words and language via social media to threaten a teenage female student and her family. Kamryn specifically stated that she would inflict bodily harm on the victim. In her social media post Kamryn stated the names and addresses of the victim and her family and also instructed people to kill them.
The victim’s family showed Kamryn’s post to police and she was arrested within days.
