Things got violent after Nicholas accused his girlfriend of cheating while he was on work trip
Nicholas Jordan, 37, was accused of hitting his girlfriend Charlene Miller, 37, at their home in Cornelius, NC. They both were arrested on October 6, 2025.

Nicholas had been away out of the house on a work trip for a few days. Nicholas says that he saw Charlene cheating on him through cameras they have located inside the house. Nicholas says he watched Charlene and heard her talking on the phone with other men.
Nicholas came home on October 6th and confronted her about the allegations. An argument occurred and at some point, Charlene slapped him in the back of the head. At one point in the argument, Nicholas is accused of grabbing Charlene’s neck. She also had a cut to her ring finger knuckle.
Police were called and the couple was arrested, both accused of domestic violence and assault.
