Terrell Howard, 27, has been charged with the homicide of Devonne Smith, 43, in Charlotte, NC.
On February 5, 2020 Terrell was arrested and charged with Murder, Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious Injury and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
Devonne was shot and killed on January 8, 2020 on Feldbank Drive. The shooting was inside of a residence. Devonne died on site.
