23-year-old Tevonte Epps (Left) and his alleged side kick 28-year-old Brittany Brown (Right) were arrested in connection with the shooting of 5 people, including 2 kids at the 715 N. Church Condos in uptown Charlotte.
On Sept. 11, 2018, at 6:44 in the evening, Tevonte allegedly shot several rounds at 5 victims at 715 N. Church Street. A 6 and 10 year-old kid were among the 5 victims, but thankfully were not hurt.
However, the father of one of the kids was severely injured by the gunfire. Although Brittany never fired any shots, she allegedly conspired to formulate the shooting with Tevonte.
Tevonte was arrested on September 19 and Brittany was arrested on the following day. It is unclear what the motive for the shooting was.
Tevonte faces a list of charges including assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, while Brittany only faces a felony conspiracy charge.
