3 men were shot and killed within hours of each other in Charlotte, NC on August 13, 2022. The most recent homicide was on South Tryon Street. At 2 a.m. Jamir Rucks, 22, was driving on South Tryon Street.
A vehicle pulled up beside Jamir and fired shots. The victim was shot and the suspect vehicle sped off. Jamir was taken to the hospital. Jamir later died at the hospital during emergency surgery.
Jamir’s death makes the third homicide in Charlotte today.
A male victim identified as Armani was murdered today near North Lake Mall.
