2 men have been charged with the homicide of Daquarius Jackson, 26, in fact the suspects were his friends. On August 31, 2022 Antonio Thompkins, 31, was arrested charged with the murder of Daquarius. Earlier this month Johnny Williams, 29, was also charged with the murder.
People approached Daquarius and shot him multiple times near a residence. Paramedics arrived and tried to revive the victim, but Daquarius died at the scene.
Daquarius has several young children. He recently had a vacation in Florida with his family.
Months later on August 16, 2022 Johnny was arrested and charged with murder, conspire to commit murder, shooting into occupied property inflicting serious bodily injury, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
But soon after Johnny’s arrest came Antonio’s arrest. Antonio was charged with murder, felony conspiracy, and discharging a weapon causing serious injury.
