On October 17, 2024 Heather Tillman, 36, pled guilty to selling fentanyl, cocaine, and heroin to undercover cops at the Citgo gas station on 5731 South Blvd. Charlotte, NC. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

The drug deals occurred in August 2022. VICE narcotics detectives got word that Heather was selling drugs.

The police department then used detectives that looked like drug users and buyers to trick Heather into selling them drugs.

Undercover cops contacted Heather and set up a drug deal at the mentioned Citgo gas station. Heather arrived at the Citgo and sold the cops cocaine, fentanyl, and heroin in the parking lot.

Once the deal was made, more undercover officers rushed in to arrest Heather. The suspect was charged with trafficking drugs.

At her 2024 trial Heather decided to plead guilty while jury selection was still underway.
Heather pled guilty to go to sale of cocaine, delivery of cocaine, possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, sale of heroin, delivery of heroin, felony possession with intent to sell or deliver heroin, three counts of sale of fentanyl, three counts of delivery of fentanyl, three counts of possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, level I trafficking cocaine by possession, level I trafficking cocaine by transportation, two counts of level I trafficking fentanyl by sale, two counts of level I trafficking fentanyl by delivery, two counts of level I trafficking fentanyl by possession, level II trafficking heroin by sale, level II trafficking heroin by delivery, level III trafficking fentanyl by possession, and level III trafficking fentanyl by transportation.
The judge then sentenced Heather to 225-282 months in prison.
