Octavia died on September 22, 2022. Octavia had a known history of substance abuse. Octavia was last seen alive using cocaine and fentanyl.

Octavia was found unresponsive at a cheap motel. She was transported to a local emergency room where she was pronounced deceased in a hospital gown.
Testing of Octavia’s postmortem blood revealed the presence of fentanyl and cocaine. Octavia’s official cause of death was cocaine and fentanyl toxicity.
Crack cocaine is 50 times more potent than regular powder cocaine. Women are very sensual beings, so when females smoke crack it ties to their senses more and women became addicted to crack cocaine faster and stronger than men.
