Michael Irvin, 40, died on June 8, 2023 in Fayetteville, NC. He had deadly amounts of cocaine and fentanyl in his blood stream. Michael was a father and leaves behind young kids.

Michael was a rapper in Fayetteville with the rap name Spitta. On June 8, 2023 Michael’s aunt came in his room to wake him up for work and found him unresponsive. Charlotte Alerts is on Instagram.

Micheal was cold to the touch and his pupils were fixed and dilated. The aunt pulled Michael to the floor and began CPR. An additional family member was able to call 911.
The decedent was wearing black sweatpants and black & gray underwear. Michael was also wearing jewelry consisting of a yellow bracelet and a yellow ring.

Michael had obvious signs of death that included rigor in his extremities, jaw, and neck. EMS arrived and pronounced Michael dead. No trauma was identified.
Law enforcement identified a metal pipe, a green leafy substance in an ashtray, a baggie with pills inside, and a white powder, in Michael’s bedroom.

Michael had a known history of marijuana use. However, postmortem toxicological analysis shows that Michael had deadly amounts of fentanyl and cocaine in his bodily system.
Michael’s cause of death was fentanyl and cocaine toxicity.
