Trinetta Caldwell, 36, died from fentanyl and cocaine toxicity in Charlotte, NC. Trinetta had 2 teen children.

Trinetta died on April 6, 2022 after being found dead on the couch by her sister while wearing a hair net and tongue piercing, she also had eye lash extensions in her purse. Trinetta had white residue on both of her nostrils.

Trinetta had a history of cocaine substance use and uterine fibroids issues.

After death findings signify that 10 ml of cocaine were found in her bodily system along with 14 ml of fentanyl. The combined use of fentanyl, ethanol, and cocaine markedly increases the risk of sudden death due to respiratory and central nervous system depression and the effects of cocaine on the heart.

Trinetta’s official cause of death was fentanyl and cocaine toxicity.
