Caitlin Rohn, 27, was arrested on October 7, 2019 during a traffic stop in Rock Hill, SC after police discovered methamphetamine in her purse.
Caitlin’s baby was in the car and appeared exceptionally dirty.
The baby was taken into protective custody immediately and later tested positive for cocaine, cocaine metabolites, methamphetamine and amphetamines.
Caitlin was initially charged with drug possession and bonded out of jail, but she was rearrested after investigators received the test results on the baby.
Caitlin is charged with child neglect.
