Xavier Simms, 25, was arrested on December 4, 2025 in Charlotte, NC accused of possessing large quantities of marijuana. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
A nosey security guard called police after thinking Xavier was engaging in suspicious activity in a parking deck on Hawkins Street.
That then resulted in police approaching Xavier in a vehicle. Cops allegedly found drugs and $33,032 cash on Xavier.
Xavier is accused of having a Glock 10 mm handgun, Glock .45 caliber handgun, 337.5 grams of marijuana, cocaine, oxycodone, and $33,032 in U.S. currency. The large amount of money was all in $100 dollar bills.
Xavier was arrested on scene charged with concealed firearm, posses gun by felon, and major drug charges.
