Sergio Cruz Rodriguez , 22, and Alan Cruz Rodriguez, 21, were arrested on February 27, 2024 in Charlotte, NC after marijuana, heroin, 8 guns and automatic Glock switches along with other drugs were allegedly found in their home. Sergio and Alan are brothers.
Cops were conducting surveillance on the brothers and noticed alleged drug transactions at their residence.
On Feb. 27, 2024, officers executed a search warrant at the brother’s residence. After several hours, police said they found eight guns (two with illegal Glock switches), 3.5 pounds of weed, 15 grams of mushrooms, 82.2 grams of MDMA, 2.2 grams of heroin, 22.7 grams of Oxycodone, 8.8 grams of cocaine, and nearly $19,000 cash.
Sergio and Alan were arrested and charged with gun and drug related offenses.
