On October 19, 2020 two loving parents were shot and killed in front of their son during a double homicide on Kilborne Drive Charlotte, NC. Jakailah Jackson, 27, and Dondrake Blackmoore, 26, are the parents that were killed in front of their son at a gas station in broad day light.
The Jakailah and Dondrake were at the gas station with their young son when the parents were shot by unknown suspects around 12 noon. Dondrake was shot in the face and died on scene. Jakailah was shot and transported by medic to the hospital, but she died. The son was not shot. Dondrake was killed 3 days before his 27th birthday.
This marks the 5th murder this week alone in Charlotte.
