On April 15 Hinyse Bittle, 20, was shot and killed on The Plaza Rd. in Charlotte, NC at 8:20 a.m.
Hinyse was shot while inside of a vehicle, he was killed on scene. This was the second murder to occur in Charlotte within 8 hours.
