On March 24, 2023 a man was found dead in a field by a cemetery on North Graham St. Charlotte, NC. Cemeteries are for dead people, but murders inside a cemetery is unusual.
A person walking in a field adjacent to the cemetery saw the man dead at 6:30 p.m. and called police. Officers responded to a person down call and discovered the male victim with traumatic injuries and blood on his chest.
Medics pronounced the victim deceased on the scene. The victim had traumatic injuries, it is not known if he was shot or stabbed. Also, it is likely the man had been dead for less than 24 hours.
