On Friday, April 16, 2021, just before midnight a homicide took place on Willow Street Charlotte, NC. One man was shot and killed.
Patrol officers were dispatched to an assist medic 911 call at a home on Willow Street. A male victim had been shot multiple times, sustaining gunshot wounds. The victim was transported by ambulance to a local hospital. The victim died at the hospital a short time later.
Preliminary information and evidence gathered during the investigation indicates that the victim was shot during a domestic related dispute. The victim’s girlfriend has been transported to police headquarters for questioning.
