Khali Holmes, 24, was shot and killed when he started a fight with an employee at the DTLR urban clothing store in Carolina Place mall. The mall is located in Pineville, NC.
On Sunday around noon Khali walked into the DTLR store and got into a physical altercation with an employee, the employee then pulled out a gun, shooting and killing Khali.
The two had a ongoing dispute. As of yet no charges have been filed on the DTLR employee.
