Malek Moore is charged with the murder of Gabryelle Allnutt, 29, she was murdered on Labor Day September 6, 2021 in Charlotte, NC. Malek was arrested on September 9, 2021.
Gabryelle lived in Louisiana, but she left in early September 2021 to escape the wrath of Hurricane Ida. She began to live with friends in Charlotte.
Gabryelle was murdered on East 22nd St. Around 5:30 a.m. officers responded to a 911 call for an unresponsive female. Upon arrival, officers and medic located Gabryelle who was not breathing, she was pronounced deceased on the scene.
Shortly after 1:30 p.m., on September 9, 2021, Malek was arrested in Greensboro, N.C. by the Greensboro Police Department’s Violent Criminal Apprehension Team. Malek is currently in the Guilford County Jail and charged with murder.
