On September 22, 2021 the senior principal at Harding High School died; the principal is Eric Ward. Eric was the principal at Harding High School for several years.
Due to unknown reasons, Eric died. He leaves behind a wife and kids. Eric has an extensive background in track and field as well as teaching. Eric attended the University of North Carolina Charlotte and was a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.
