Raquan Smith, 19, was shot and killed on February 23, 2022 on Annlin Ave. Charlotte, NC.
Around 3 in the morning Raquan was shot. Medics and Charlotte firefighters responded to the scene. Raquan was transported to Atrium Main hospital with life threatening injuries.
Raquan died shortly thereafter. A juvenile suspect was charged with the shooting death of Raquan. In 2019 Raquan was accused of shooting a pregnant woman at a strip mall.
