Courtney McKoy, 27, is charged with the murder of Clarence Ardray, 54. The victim was killed on April 9, 2022 at an apartment complex on Sharon Chase Drive Charlotte, NC.
At 6:45 p.m. the victim was found dead in an apartment unit. 911 was called and an investigation began. Courtney was arrested on April 10, 2022. She was located by detectives and charged with first degree murder.
