SHOTS FIRED IN UPTOWN CHARLOTTE INSIDE COMEDY ZONE

On July 16, 2022 several shots were fired inside the Comedy Zone establishment on NC Music Factory Blvd. Charlotte, NC.

Around 10 p.m. a male suspect entered the Comedy Zone and brandished a gun in the business. The suspect shot several shots, people ran for cover and evacuated. No one was shot.

The police arrived and took the suspect into custody.
