CHARLOTTE MAN WINS LOTTERY, $3 MILLION AT 7-ELEVEN STORE

Carvent Webb won $3 million in the lottery at the 7-Eleven gas station on Mallard Creek Road Charlotte, NC. Carvent won the $3 million lottery prize from a Fabulous Fortune scratch off ticket.

Carvent bought the Fabulous Fortune ticket for $30. He recognized he won and then  arrived at lottery headquarters in Raleigh, NC to collect his money.

Carvent opted for a $1.8 million lump sum. After taxes, he took home a little over $1.2 million.
