ARREST MADE AFTER VICTIM MURDERED IN SHOOTING

On February 9, 2024 Ja’wan Smith, 26, was arrested charged with murdering Camron Robinson, 22, on Eaglewood Avenue Charlotte, NC.

On Halloween night October 31, 2023 Camron was shot and killed at 10 p.m. near a home in a drive-by shooting. 

Emergency personnel arrived on scene and pronounced Camron deceased. It took police months to make an arrest in the case.

Ja’wan was arrested on February 9, 2024 on charges of murder and shooting into an occupied dwelling.
