Jamario Smith, 21, pled guilty to assault with a deadly weapon in August 2026.
02/24/2025 was the date of offense on Parkwood Ave. Jamario hit a man twice in the head with a pistol. The victim ran away, but Jamario shot a gun at him multiple times.
Jamario was arrested within a week of the shooting. At his 2026 trial a judge sentenced Jamario to 44 days in jail after he pled guilty to assault with a deadly weapon.
