Tasia was missing for a few hours and family along with her friends became concerned, alerting emergency personnel. A small search began and Tasia was found dead hanging from a tall tree behind an abandoned home.
A fire ladder truck had to be used to remove Tasia’s body from the tree. The matter is being handled as a death investigation and not homicide at this time.
Tasia’s dead body is being sent to the state crime lab for an autopsy to be conducted. Tasia was a mom with 3 kids.
