Kyree arrived and thought he saw someone on scene with a gun. Kyree fired at the vehicle multiple times.
Kyree was later arrested charged with discharging gun into occupied property. At the March 2026 trial Judge
Rooks sentenced Jackson to 64-89 months in prison; that sentence was suspended pending his successful completion of 36 months of supervised probation.
As a condition of the probation, Jackson must serve a split sentence of 10 days in jail.
