On January 22, 2025 Shakara Sinclair, 30, was charged with the murder of Jadarrian Boyd, 28, in Charlotte, NC. Jadarrian was a young father. He graduated from West Charlotte High School. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Jadarrian was murdered in a shooting on January 21, 2025 during a snow storm at apartments on Leake St. The snow reached up to 2 inches.
Jadarrian was at apartments when he was shot dead. EMS responded to the scene and pronounced Jadarrian deceased.
There is not much on the altercation, but the scene was thoroughly investigated. Jadarrian is the second West Charlotte High alumni this week to be killed.
Shakara was identified as a suspect and on January 22nd she was arrested charged with the murder of Jadarrian. Specifics on what led to Jadarrian’s death have not been revealed yet. Homicides during the snow are rare in Charlotte.
