A male suspect was arrested accused of killing a man days before Christmas
Diamonte Galloway, 30, was arrested on December 29, 2025 charged with the murder of David Alexander, 33, who was murdered on Booker Ave. Charlotte, NC just two days before Christmas and 1 week before his birthday.
David was killed on December 23, 2025 after being stabbed. The killing was at 11:30 p.m. EMS were called to the scene and David was transported to a nearby hospital and pronounced deceased by medical staff a short time later.
The suspect was arrested in Virginia days later charged with David’s murder. Diamonte had to be extradited back to Charlotte.
