Jeffery Carson, 47, was arrested on April 15, 2024 in Charlotte, NC. Jeffery is a security guard accused of sexually assaulting a drunk woman in his vehicle.
The female victim was drunk and walking along West Fifth Street on April 14, 2024 a few hours after midnight.
Jeffery was driving a security vehicle and noticed the victim stumbling and intoxicated. Jeffery let the woman in his vehicle and agreed to give her a ride, due to her inability to drive in her drunkenness.
The woman got in Jeffery’s car. The woman then climbed in the backseat from the front seat. Jeffery drove into a parking deck and is accused of climbing in the back seat too.
Jeffery is then accused of performing oral sex on the woman, according to police. The female victim says she was incapacitated to the point that she could not say no or give consent.
The victim was then dropped off on the city streets. The victim fell asleep on the streets, and in the morning she awoke and contacted police, telling them she had been sexually assaulted.
Jeffery was tracked down and arrested charged with forced sex offense.
