Sydney was driving a vehicle and allegedly failed to yield at an intersection, almost hitting a police car on Northcross Drive, Huntersville, NC. The cop then pulled Sydney over in a traffic stop.
The officer smelled a lot of alcohol coming from Sydney. She blew a 0.18 blood alcohol volume, prosecutors say. Sydney was arrested charged with DWI.
