Fentanyl was sold at McDonald’s during a drug sting, no Big Macs were involved. One suspect arrested
Anthony Diaz Amador, 21, was arrested on September 9, 2025 accused of selling fentanyl at Mcdonald’s and the Morazan Restaurant in Charlotte, NC during undercover stings. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

On April 8, 2025 Anthony is accused of meeting a CMPD undercover detective at the 7051 South Blvd. Mcdonald’s. Anthony allegedly sold the undercover cop 28.2 grams of powder fentanyl in exchange for
$1,100.

And then on April 15, 2025 Anthony is accused of meeting the undercover cop again, but this time at the popular Morazan Restaurant at 5421 South Blvd. 28.1 grams of fentanyl was sold to the undercover cop. The officer then gave Anthony $1,100.
On July 3, 2025 another drug deal occurred at 7615 Nations Ford Rd. 28 grams of fentanyl was sold, allegedly by Anthony to the undercover officer. $1,100 was made during the transaction.
And then on September 9, 2025 Anthony was arrested charged with multiple counts of trafficking opium or heroin.
