Ashlee Vogenthaler is good with money, she’s accused of kicking the back of cop car during center city DWI arrest
Ashlee Vogenthaler, 35, was arrested on Sept. 22, 2025 in uptown Charlotte, NC charged with DWI. Ashlee is in the stock market world, as she works in that profession.

Ashlee was driving a red 2021 Mercedes Benz. Police stopped her in a traffic stop alleging she ran a red light at intersection of Morehead St. and Mint St.
Ashlee allegedly was slow to respond to simple questions and instructions from cops. The suspect also allegedly had red eyes and slurred speech.
Ashlee appeared to have a lack of hand motor skills when attempting to obtain her ID and insurance for the motor vehicle.
Ashlee refused to submit to alcohol drunk tests. She was arrested on scene accused of DWI.
The defendant was transported to the hospital in reference to a blood draw. While at the
hospital, and in the back of the patrol car, Ashlee is accused of continuously kicking the inside of the
patrol car.
When officers opened the door, the defendant stuck her legs out the cop car. Officers asked Ashlee
multiple times to put her legs back in the patrol car at which she refused. Officers put Ashlee’s legs back in the patrol car.
