Fontavious ended up on the wrong side of drugs and died from a fentanyl overdose

Fontavious died in May 2023, he was found down on the bedroom floor by his cousin and roommate. There were no signs of trauma. White powder and possible drug paraphernalia were found on the scene.
An autopsy examination revealed Fontavious had a mild degree of cardiomegaly with a 410 gram heart, and moderate pulmonary vascular congestion and edema.
Testing of postmortem blood revealed the presence of fentanyl, cocaine metabolites, and ethanol in the body of Fontavious. He had 0.36 MG of cocaine in his body along with 10 ML of fentanyl.
The official cause of death for Fontavious is fentanyl, cocaine, and ethanol toxicity.
