Mariah Burton had a blood alcohol count of 0.13 allegedly

At 1 a.m. a crash occurred at the intersection of North Tryon Street and WT Harris Blvd. Upon arrival, officers came into contact with Mariah.
Mariah told officers she had a mixed drink prior to driving. Officers conducted a field sobriety test on her.
She failed the field sobriety test, according to court documents. Mariah took a breathalyzer test and scored a 0.13 blood alcohol analysis, cops say.
The suspect was arrested charged with DWI.
