Dora did not live at the apartments, she climbed over a man’s porch on the first floor and made herself a home. But at 6 in the evening the man came home and saw Dora dead on his porch.
The resident called EMS, Dora was pronounced dead on scene. Dora’s death is classified as natural causes.
Many filthy dirty homeless people freely walk into Archdale Flats apartments and sleep in the lobby common areas on the clean furniture.
Also homeless people will often climb onto people’s porches at the apartments and sleep in the utility closet or on the porch.
Code enforcement warned the Archdale Flats owners twice in 2024 about doors at the complex not locking. Code enforcement classified the Archdale Flats as dangerous.
