18-year-old Isaac Kersey has been charged in the shooting murder of 22-year-old Nikidrien Bailey.
The shooting took place on Pine Acres Avenue in Pineville, NC after an altercation between the victim and the suspect. A unidentified 15-year-old was also arrested for the murder of Bailey.
Bailey’s family started a Gofundme.com page which raised $3,000 for funeral expenses.
Isaac was arrested on November 30 and was astonishingly released, put on electronic monitoring. Police may now conduct warrantless searches on him at anytime of the day.
