Family is suppose to keep each other safe and look out for one another. Eugenio Cuellar, 30, (Seen here) didn’t get the memo, because he sexually assaulted his own minor aged female family member.
In July 2018 Eugenio forcibly fondled his 10-year-old relative on Henderson Circle, Charlotte, NC. Eugenio engaged in more activity with the girl that involved forced sex offenses and indecent liberties. The sex abuse was so intense that the victim had to be admitted into the hospital.
Thankfully the girl came forward to tell a responsible adult what had occurred. Police were called, but Eugenio was gone at their arrival.
Eugenio was not apprehended until December 5.
It is not known how Eugenio and the victim girl are related.
