BABY TRAPPED IN SNOW STORM, RESCUED BY MILITARY

A baby was trapped in the current North Carolina snow storm. Nearing death with no food or water, the baby was stranded in a vehicle in a hard hit white out area.

Thankfully a number of National Guard units deployed to some of the areas expected to take the brunt of the snow storm. In coordination with NCDOT and authorities, the baby was rescued from the blistering cold and the near death experience.

The National Guard are helping plow roads, pulls cars and ambulances out of ditches, and with coordinating the state response.
