Zonta Dunlap, 28, (Left) was shot and killed the day after Christmas at the Brookson-Bryton Apartment Complex in Huntersville, NC.
The apartments are new and well designed, so activity like murder is unexpected. 27-year-old Devonte Robinson (Right) was also shot in the melee, but survived.
The suspect is identified as Ivan Petty, 23, (Bottom). Ivan took being “petty” to a whole new level.
There is belief that the murder may of been the result of a drug deal feud.
Petty was arrested on the evening of December 26, 2018. There is also a second suspect in this case who hasn’t been caught.
