A vehicle caught fire in a Walmart parking lot on June 3, 2019 in Charlotte, NC. The car was parked at the Walmart on Albemarle Road around 10 p.m. when it suddenly caught fire for no apparent reason. No one was in the car at the time of the fire.
Several combustion explosions are heard as the fire continually spreads from the front of the vehicle. Emergency personnel quickly responded to the scene and were able to put the fire out.
At this point it appears that no one was hurt.
