WOMAN CAUGHT WITH $42,565 CASH & METH, SHE OFFERED COP ALL THE MONEY TO GO FREE

Holly Willis, 30, attempted to make a deal with a deputy who caught her with drugs and $42,565 cash in North Carolina. 

McDowell County Sheriff’s Deputy Robert Watson responded to a trespassing call in Nebo on June 29 and found a occupied vehicle.

A search of Holly and a GMC Trail Blazer she was in revealed nearly 5 pounds of methamphetamine, more than three-quarters of a pound of marijuana, and $42,565 cash. Holly then offered the deputy half of the cash, and then all of it, as an attempt to avoid charges.

But Holly was taken to jail anyway.

Holly is charged with with two counts of trafficking in methamphetamine and one count each of maintaining a vehicle to keep a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and offering a bribe.
