SUSPECT IN STEAK N’ SHAKE ROBBERY SPENT 8 YEARS IN PRISON

Eddie Doh, 30, robbed a Charlotte, NC Steak N’ Shake restaurant, killing an employee and shooting another man. So it should be to no surprise that Eddie was involved in the killing of a 17-year-old girl in 2011. Eddie was just released from prison in January 2019.

Darnell Harris, 48, was killed during the robbery while he was working. Darnell was a long time employee of Steak N’ Shake. Robert Carpenter, 53, was also shot in the robbery and remains at the hospital for treatment.

On July 9, 2019 Eddie is accused of robbing the Steak N’ Shake at 9700 South Blvd. In the process he allegedly shot and killed Darnell, and then allegedly shot Robert.

Pineville Police responded to the scene and shot Eddie, he remains at the hospital for treatment. Upon his release from the hospital Eddie will be served with warrants for Murder, Attempted Murder, Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill, Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, Attempted Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, Possession of a Firearm by Felon, and Possession of a Stolen Firearm.

In 2011 Eddie was charged in connection with the murder of 17-year old Aerial Patterson. Eddie served 9 years in prison for his crimes.
