Brandon Miller, 32, is accused of hitting Billie Bradshaw, 55, with his vehicle and then continuing to drive on The Plaza Charlotte, NC. Billie is now facing life threatening injuries.

On August 9th, 2019 Billie was found laying in the roadway badly hurt.

Brandon was driving a Silver 2004 Suzuki XL7 on The Plaza when he moved from the left lane to the right lane to maneuver around a stopped vehicle. At the same time, the pedestrian identified as Billie was crossing the street from the center median and was not in a cross walk.
