21-year-old Sabrina Burdea was arrested accused of stealing hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise from the Macy’s at South Park mall located at 4400 Sharon Rd. Charlotte, NC.
Several women were accused of stealing from Carolina Place mall in February 2019.
On October 5, 2019 at 6 in the evening Macy’s stated that a known suspect took merchandise valued at over $1000.00 and exited the building failing to pay for the merchandise. Expensive Nike apparel worth over $650 was some of the merchandise allegedly stolen.
Sabrina was eventually arrested and now faces several felony larceny charges. Sabrina also had outstanding warrants.
In a unrelated case, a Dick’s sporting goods employee was sprayed in the face with pepper spray by alleged shoplifters.
