Kamille “Cupcake” McKinney, 3, was outside with other children at an apartment complex in Birmingham, Alabama when an SUV carrying a man and a woman approached about 8:30 p.m. on October 13, 2019.
The man got out and placed Kamille inside the SUV before leaving the scene. An AMBER alert has now been issued.
The suspect vehicle is described as a blue-green Toyota Sequioa, with the model year between 2001 and 2006. A black man and a white woman were seen in the vehicle.
