On Thanksgiving Day 2019 a woman was killed in Charlotte, NC during a shooting.
The shooting death is being investigated as a homicide and occurred on Krupa Court around 9:30 pm.
The victim was shot in an apartment complex, she was rushed to the hospital, but was pronounced deceased by hospital staff.
Responding officers detained a person of interest at the residence. No additional suspects are being sought by detectives at this time. Initial information gathered at the scene indicates that this incident is domestic related.
