Charlotte Pineda, 27, was accused of DWI and striking a vehicle on Thanksgiving 2019 in Charlotte, NC.
On November 28, 2019 Charlotte was accused of operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol with a 8-year-old juvenile in the vehicle, officials say.
Charlotte is accused of striking another vehicle and then fleeing from the scene on Albemarle Road. Charlotte was arrested on scene.
Charlotte is charged with Driving While Impaired and Misdemeanor Child Abuse.
